Job Title: Service Technician - World Class Septic Services

Job Summary: As a Service Technician at our World Class Septic Service Company, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, pumping, repairing, and diagnosing septic systems. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional service while ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of septic systems for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on various types of septic systems in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and assessments to diagnose issues with septic systems, identifying the root cause of problems and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Operate specialized equipment and machinery for pumping, cleaning, and repairing septic tanks and associated components.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, inspections, repairs, and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain procedures, provide recommendations, and address any concerns regarding their septic systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of service requests and projects.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Continuous learning of services provided and becoming the expert.
• Lift heavy objects in all kinds of weather conditions.
• Look at other peoples business they left behind...

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in septic system maintenance is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools, equipment, and machinery used in septic system servicing.
• Knowledge of local and state regulations pertaining to septic systems and environmental guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation
