Job Description
Main position objectives
- Requires a thorough knowledge of Engineering and Manufacturing practices and methodologies.
- Must have an in-depth understanding of 3-phase motor controls, Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC’s, programming and HMI screen design, and related products.
- Must be able to read & understand motor control ladder logic drawings. VFD, Servo, pneumatic and hydraulic control design ability is a must, along with valve control, relays, timers and related control equipment.
- MS Office experience is a plus. MS Excel experience is a must.
- Ability to work effectively with networking, and internet devices is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering / Technology, or a related field of education, or relevant experience is required.
- Some travel to customer’s facility to assist in startups should be expected at times.
