REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in the role of Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Manager at Didion Inc., the following skills and qualifications are necessary:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering preferred
Master Electrician preferred
7-10 years of relevant experience in electrical design.
3 years working in a Combustible Dust, RMP, PSE, or PSM environment.
Five or more years of management experience.
Strong organizational, planning, and management skills; capable of prioritizing tasks to meet requirements and deadlines.
Project management skills and experience.
Above-average communication skills.
Contractor management and coordination.
Familiarity with applicable codes and standards, including NEC, ISA, NFPA, etc.
Practical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, including pneumatics, automated control systems, motor control centers, generators, and other electrical equipment.
Experience and understanding of the demands to support a 24/7 operation and the necessary systems.
Proficiency in power distribution (480v, 13.8 kV, 230 kV).
Comfortable with moderate travel
