    As the Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Manager at Didion Inc., you will lead a team responsible for designing instrumentation and electrical systems, overseeing P&ID's, managing ARC Flash programs, and ensuring electrical safety protocols are in place. You will play a critical role in the successful commissioning of new capital projects and modifying existing processes at multiple facilities.     REQUIREMENTS:
    To excel in the role of Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Manager at Didion Inc., the following skills and qualifications are necessary:

    • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering preferred

    • Master Electrician preferred

    • 7-10 years of relevant experience in electrical design.

    • 3 years working in a Combustible Dust, RMP, PSE, or PSM environment.

    • Five or more years of management experience.

    • Strong organizational, planning, and management skills; capable of prioritizing tasks to meet requirements and deadlines.

    • Project management skills and experience.

    • Above-average communication skills.

    • Contractor management and coordination.

    • Familiarity with applicable codes and standards, including NEC, ISA, NFPA, etc.

    • Practical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, including pneumatics, automated control systems, motor control centers, generators, and other electrical equipment.

    • Experience and understanding of the demands to support a 24/7 operation and the necessary systems.

    • Proficiency in power distribution (480v, 13.8 kV, 230 kV).

    • Comfortable with moderate travel
