Darigold is seeking an experienced and driven Plant Engineering Manager to be a part of Sunnyside, WA Darigold’s team. The Plant Engineering Manager must possess the desire and ability to plan, organize, and direct technical personnel and programs to assure that the plant conforms to Darigold defined standards on safety, quality, cost, and reliability, as well as Federal, State, and local regulations.
As a member of the Engineering and Maintenance team, the Engineering Manager will be a true strategic partner in the Operations Division. The Engineering Manager’s role is to serve as a leader and partner for the plant in the areas of plant maintenance, automation & controls, capital projects, wastewater treatment, utility systems, maintenance support services, and maintenance training. The engineering manager will work closely with the plant managers, EHS manager, plant controller, and QA manager to ensure that the site achieves its goals for safety, quality, sustainability, productivity, reliability, and cost.
