Review electronic RFQs and assign project work accordingly
Evaluate purchasing requests for electronic component substitution
Assign MRO responsibilities and cover as needed
Provide support for production issues and process design groups
Ensure timely completion of design reviews, project reviews, and other activities
Handle disciplinary actions when required
Identify training needs of the team
Manage daily work roster during emergency situations
Approve computer/program setups or additions for team members
