We are currently recruiting for an IT Manager to oversee team members in Sacramento/San Jose, ca. This position, on-site, can be based at either our San Jose, CA or Sacramento, CA branchesm with occasional travel. In this role, the IT Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of information technology systems and solutions by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: IT Department Staff
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; or equivalent combination related education and experience.
Minimum 5 years progressive IT related experience. Minimum 3 years of experience successfully leading or supervising IT teams.
Skills:
Computer Skills: Strong proficiency with PCs and related hardware and software. Robust demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and ability to provide Ad-hoc reporting.
Industry Specific Skills: Strong technical skills and understanding of IT infrastructure. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Leadership Skills: Ability to train and motivate personnel to balance staffing strength with profitability and growth.
