Diagnose, troubleshoot, test and repair facilities equipment failures. Supports large complex facilities or multiple facilities within a geographic region.

This is a master level expert in at least one of the building trade disciplines (i.e., electrician, plumber, carpenter). Under limited supervision, performs complex repair and maintenance activities of equipment and facilities electro / mechanical systems.
