Electronic Data Interchange Manager oversees staff responsible for the design and development of EDI application interfaces and maps. Develops and implements an EDI strategy to support organizational initiatives. Being an Electronic Data Interchange Manager manages daily EDI operations. Leads EDI projects. Additionally, Electronic Data Interchange Manager defines and documents project scopes, deliverables, and schedules. Allocates the resources for testing and implementation support. The Project Manager will work directly with department staff, project stakeholders, and project leadership team to implement grant projects. Grant projects may focus on issues related to community health improvement activities, collective impact, and information exchange. The Project Manager may serve internal (Humboldt IPA/NCHIIN) customers or external customers (community partners) to support project work.This is a grant funded position with funding through December 2025. Continuation of this position is contingent on project funding. This is a full time benefited position, working 32 hours a week.

This position is currently assigned to the NCHIIN Health Information Exchange Data Exchange Framework project. The North Coast Health Improvement and Information Network (NCHIIN) supports Health Information Exchange (HIE) activity in the region. This project manager will oversee the technical, policy, and partner engagement activities associated with ensuring that NCHIIN’s HIE is compliant with the technical and policy standards put forth by the state Data Exchange Framework (DxF) by January 31, 2026.This is a grant funded position with funding through December 2025. Continuation of this position is contingent on project funding.
