Electronic Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the media planning function. Manages a team responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Being a Electronic Marketing Manager designs, develops, and executes media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, message, and objectives. Uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Additionally, Electronic Marketing Manager oversees campaign tactics and execution to monitor spending, manage budgets, and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for all types of media campaigns. Guides negotiations for media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Researches and recommends new media strategies, platforms, and channels to explore or utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. General Description
The Marketing Manager is COTN’s lead writer and terminal (final) editor. He/She supports marketing, communications, and fundraising goals and objectives at COTN by assisting in the creation and coordination of materials and activities related to acquisition, partner engagement and donor development. This position will also manage our direct response agency and other marketing vendors, marketing analytics, the website, SEO/SEM expenditures, media development and initiation of creative writing projects. The department also manages the logistics for major special events (mostly banquets) and has an Event Coordinator for that role. The position reports directly to the VP Advancement.
