Responsibilities/Job Duties: This role plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's overall marketing strategy. This leadership position requires a professional understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and market dynamics. The primary focus is to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic planning, innovative campaigns, and effective communication.

• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with the Company's goals. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts into and with Company operations.
• Brand Management: oversee the brand's identity and positioning within the market. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns to reach target audiences. Utilize a data-driven approach to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Digital Marketing: drive online presence through digital marketing channels, social media, SEO, SEM, email, and content marketing. Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
• Stay current with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• Communicate marketing updates to leadership and participate in regular planning sessions to keep projects on track.
• Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with company policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
