Job Description:

Identify, develop, or
evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment objectives,
market characteristics, and cost and markup factors

Formulate, direct, or
coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services,
working with advertising or promotion managers

Evaluate the financial
aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and
development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections

·
Develop pricing
strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction

·
Direct the hiring,
training, or performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee
their daily activities

·
Plan, organize, or
direct activities concerned with the marketing of the business

·
Coordinate or
participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers,
advertisers, or production managers to market products or services

·
Keeping up-to-date
technically and applying new knowledge to your job

·
Inspect or review
projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other
regulations

·
Monitor external
affairs or events affecting business operations

·
Build business branding
to reach others on all social media platforms

·
Develop and execute
marketing campaigns to grow customer base

·
Brand Management

·
Maintain and enhance
the business’ online reputation

·
Enhance brand awareness
on all digital channels

·
Identify trends and
insights to develop marketing strategies

·
Develop
commercials/videos to express the brand in a positive way

Operate trade shows and
public appearances

·
Market specific
products on a weekly basis

In charge of getting
vehicles labeled and proper signage applied

Qualifications:

·
Previous proven
marketing experience required

·
Digital Marketing
experience required

·
Bilingual preferred
(Spanish)

·
Ability to communicate
effectively to all manner of personnel

Schedule: First Shift; Monday –
Friday; Flexible scheduling is available

Pay: Starting
at $20.00 per hour depending upon experience
