This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Chicago’s West Fulton Market District with a hybrid work schedule. 

Position Summary: AZEK is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Campaign Specialist who can build and execute HTML emails with attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free recipient experience. This position requires strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role will work closely with our creative, sales, marketing, and data teams to achieve company goals, objectives, and revenue KPIs. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a multi-stakeholder environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities, with proven time management skills. This role sits within the Marketing organization and position reports to the Senior Email Marketing Manager.  

Your Primary duties and responsibilities will be:  

• Plan, develop, and code end-to-end text and image-based emails for various marketing campaigns using the latest HTML and CSS email oriented best practices. 
• Leverage CRM data to segment email lists based on audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences. Maintain and update to ensure accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations. 
• Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns to optimize performance. 
• Test emails in Litmus to ensure mobile and desktop rendering 
• Provide QA of email marketing efforts to ensure best practices and engagement tracking. 
• Ensure email marketing compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and follow industry best practices to maintain a positive sender reputation 
• Working in partnership with stakeholders, manage, update and communicate the marketing email calendar as needed. 

Required Qualifications and Skills: 

• BA in Digital Marketing/Communications or equivalent work experience showing the knowledge and discipline of the job. 

• 2-3 years' experience in email marketing development, or a similar role 
• Demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills required 
• Proven ability to write HTML and CSS 
• Strong understanding of email best practices and the ability to put them into place. 
• Proficiency coding and building HTML emails with an email platform such as Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Responsys 
• Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including IT, sales and marketing. 
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role is $75,000 to $80,000.  In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
