About the Role

We are seeking a candidate with experience in email marketing software, including ActiveCampaign, and a solid grasp of its functions, capabilities, and best practices.

The Newsletter Producer at Top Class Actions will play a central role in newsletter production. They'll be responsible for gathering necessary information, entering content and copy into our email marketing software, and then testing and scheduling all our newsletters, catering to both B2B and B2C audiences on a weekly basis.

We're looking for someone who's exceptionally organized, a great team player, and capable of handling multiple production requests each week.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Engagement and Audience Retention Specialist and the team to manage daily output and newsletter operations
• Input content, format newsletters, test them rigorously and schedule their delivery using our email marketing software
• Work closely with the Engagement and Audience Retention Specialist to ensure newsletters align with current best practices in email marketing
• Monitor and provide email newsletter performance metrics and data to the Engagement and Audience Retention Specialist as required
• Remain adaptable to make adjustments, conduct tests, and pivot as necessary in the development of all Top Class Actions B2B and B2C newsletters and supplemental emails
• Propose enhancements to the production workflow process, encompassing content flow into our email marketing tool, template updates, testing, and newsletter publication
• Address CRM and production issues efficiently

Job Qualifications:

• 2 years of newsletter production experience, agency background preferred but not mandatory
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to craft impactful newsletters tailored to diverse audiences
• Strong attention to detail in project and time management, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• An entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset toward newsletter development and experience in coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Familiarity with working in an email solution platform (ESP) or similar content promotion tools
• Positive and collaborative interpersonal skills
• Experience with ActiveCampaign is advantageous
• Additional pluses include newsletter design and email marketing strategy experience

Location

This is a remote position for someone who lives in the state of Arizona.
