The Director, Group Medicare Mid-Market Sales & Labor Relations leads a team that sells health insurance and related products to new group accounts with up to 3,000 enrolled members. In addition, they will lead our Labor Relations team, ensuring effective alignment and partnership with our Sales associates to drive consistent growth for the Mid-Market segment. This role requires an in-depth understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.
This role fully understands all product lines, helps our sales executives sell to targeted clients, and supports the mid-market team in identifying potential new clients across the country. Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance. In addition, this role would be pivotal in developing and supporting Group Medicare sales strategy.
