    We are looking for someone to join our Mobility Coordination team. We provide non-emergency medical transportation throughout San Diego and Los Angeles counties. The potential candidate will be someone who believes in our company's mission, and wants to use their skill set and know-how to help us achieve our goals as we continue to grow. Our team members provide the utmost care for our passengers by making a difference in the lives of those who are not able to help themselves.

    Key Requirements:

    • High school diploma
    • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Must be available to work weekends and holidays, if required
    • Must be willing to complete a background check
    • Must pass a full drug screening

    Key Qualities:

    • Detail oriented
    • Must be able to work in a team oriented environment
    • Able to verbally communicate clearly and effectively
    • Multi-tasking
    • Ability to make decisions quickly
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for routing and scheduling of passengers' transportation
    • Assigning drivers to routes and vehicles
    • Provide detailed end-of-shift reports to management
    • Communicate information and detailed instructions to drivers and/or clients
    • Enter and confirm all reservations for the following day into our routing software system
    • Reporting incidents and/or accidents to management
