We are looking for an Operations Dispatcher handle: data entry, driver check in, routing, work orders, various other administrative duties that pertains to daily operations.
This position will report to an Operations Manager.
RESPONSBILITIES:
-An organized, multitasking individual working in a fast-paced environment
-Data input from daily routes within a time sensitive period
-Driver check in, until the last truck is in the yard
-Print route sheets for next working day
-Creating work orders for various routes
-Dispatching missed stops to various route drivers
-Working with and interacting with Customer Service, Supervisors, Maintenance, Drivers, and Helpers on a day-to-day basis
-Various other administrative duties that pertains to daily operations
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This work is typically performed indoors in an office setting. Employee is often exposed to routine office noise. On occasion, employee may have a need to enter the garage and/or yard; when necessary, employee will be exposed to loud noise and various weather conditions. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment is required to be properly worn when and where required and will be provided to the employee.
