Started in 1949 we are a 3rd generation growing contracting company and looking to hire a experienced dispatcher to help with our day to day operations. Must have trade experience.

Job Duties

• Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails
• Follow up with customers and vendors
• Schedule all new jobs
• Dispatch technicians to their assigned jobs
• Create customer profiles
• Follow up with customers
• Communication with all departments
• Provide updates to management about jobs
• Other duties

Must Have

• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multi task
• Great communication skills
• Microsoft Office experience
• Service Titan experience
• Organized
• Time management skills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
