Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree or equivalent and 2 years of office related experience.

Job Summary:

 To manage, coordinate, and directly support the administrative and business management, and/or staff activities within a Human Resources Department. Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities on own initiative ensuring process and operational continuity of various administrative and business management activities.

Job Duties: 

• Develops and maintains the HR department website using HTML 
• Initiates improvements in the work process/environment. 
• Analyzes and standardizes procedures for improved efficiencies. 
• Prioritizes daily work assignments. 
• Contributes ideas and suggestions for improvements to the process. 
• Supports and assists in the cross-training of team members. 
• Coordinates various HR-related programs or projects. 
• Coordinates with other HR departments 
• Provide phone coverage and respond to customer inquiries. 
• Provide follow-up on sensitive issues regarding customers and candidates. 
• Process travel, registrations, and membership dues. 
• Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure. 
• Performs related duties as required. 

 Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources and employment law.
• Developing partnerships and a general understanding of the customer’s business and current Issues.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Developing presentation and facilitation skills.
• Basic to moderate level of impact and influence with customers.
• Moderate analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Competent use of personal computers and general office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook electronic mail.                                         
• Demonstrated initiative in developing leadership and supervision skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Salary Range:

 Actual salary commensurate with experience.

 Work Schedule: 

Partial Remote, onsite as needed. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and as needed on occasion.
