Emergency Room Technician provides clinical and administrative support to emergency department staff. Prepares patients for physician examination. Being an Emergency Room Technician measures and records vital signs, performs EKGs, and collects lab samples as needed. Provides wound care and assists with splints, slings, casts, and crutches. Additionally, Emergency Room Technician cleans, inspects, and sets up emergency rooms and equipment. Requires a high school diploma. Requires CPR/BLS Certification. May require EMT or CNA Certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Emergency Room Technician's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Position Overview
We're currently seeking certified EMTs/Paramedics in the Los Angeles, CA area to be an on-site medic for various Events & Venues. Personnels must possess the following qualities: confidence, compassion, exceptional interpersonal skills, effective communicator, and the ability to navigate challenging situations and tasks prioritization.
These event safety shifts are scheduled as 4-12 hour shifts with a starting base pay of $20/hr & shift completion bonuses! If you’re interested in joining our roster as a part-time EMT or Paramedic on a per diem basis, please apply below to get started!
