PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
The Brand Communications Director will develop and oversee the execution of highly creative & innovative cross channel communication strategies for the agency’s prestige fashion and lifestyle clients. Our principal goal is to build continuous brand equity through brand news, product launches, product collaborations, VIP, KOL and editorial relations that increases brand awareness and share of voice across print, digital, broadcast and social media.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise in partnership with our fashion & lifestyle clients to ensure all business goals and communications timelines are aligned. Oversee the communication strategy of all new launches, brand news, ideation and execution of events. Provide a direction and strategy for our clients’ VIP & KOL relationships and ambassador programs. Outline key priorities and KPIs for team and be able to track, measure, and share.
STRATEGY
· Build overall strategy for each brand from Press & Editorial to VIP/KOL engagement
· Allocate budget and team resources to deliver on strategy and implement KPIs to track and measure progress
· Responsible for all communications outreach including launches, brand news, and crisis-management
MEDIA & EVENTS
· Work with the agency team & clients to strategize media pitching for feature stories, priority products, collaborations, special events/partnerships etc.
· Collaborate with clients to ensure all required assets are received for optimal pitching efforts
· Ideate and create opportunities for effective brand messaging
TALENT MANAGEMENT
· Based on business and messaging goals, suggest talent to each client for their review alongside our agency VIP & Events Manager and internal team
· Consistently seek new talent and recommend new partnerships
· Ensure the brand/client has the tools to nurture long-term relationships with talent
