We are looking for a highly skilled bartender to join our Cactus Creek Steakhouse team.

The successful candidate for this position must have relevant bartending experience in a fine dining establishment. Prior experience in mixing a wide variety of standard and specialty drinks and appropriate garnishing, and presentation. Must be personable and outgoing with the ability to foster a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Take drink orders, use prescribed recipes, and follows established portion controls.
• Maintains bar in appropriate set-up and cleanliness.
• Accepts payment/makes change as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen to synchronize food orders for patrons seated at the bar.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise/knowledge of wine, beer, and alcohol brands and their characteristics.
• Ability to learn and adapt to our cocktail recipes as well as sharing yours.
