Employee Relocation Manager manages the employee relocation process, which may include but is not limited to sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Establishes, implements, and maintains policies and practices for assisting employees and their families as they relocate. Being an Employee Relocation Manager works to minimize relocation costs and disruption of work for the employee and the organization. Approves relocation budgets and plans and the disbursement of funds. Additionally, Employee Relocation Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Employee Relocation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     • Conduct in-home moving assessments to provide accurate cost estimates for relocation and storage services.
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring successful project outcomes.
    • Prepare residential estimate paperwork by gathering proposals, specifications, and relevant documents.
    • Identify labor, material, and time requirements, incorporating all necessary information.
    • Resolve billing discrepancies, address client inquiries and concerns, and provide follow-up support.
    • Create and clarify estimate reports, summarizing projected versus actual revenue and conversion rates.
    • Present detailed estimates, outlining the scope of work and associated rates.
    • Handle customer calls regarding price quotes and availability, delivering personalized and high-quality service.
    • Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to discuss and formulate estimates, optimize cost efficiency, and resolve any issues.
    • Perform administrative tasks, including contract review, invoice management, and report generation.
    • Contribute to team efforts, accomplishing assigned tasks and additional duties as required.

    Job Requirements:

    • Preferred industry experience.
    • Education: High School diploma or GED.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work with a flexible schedule.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities through actions and instructions.
    • Exceptional organizational abilities.

    Work Arrangement:

    Salary and Benefits:

    • Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year plus commissions.

    Schedule:

    • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

    Supplemental Pay Types:
