Employee Relocation Representative facilitates the relocation process and performs all administrative duties pertaining to relocation. Assists the employee and/or family on all facets of relocation, including sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being an Employee Relocation Representative is responsible for minimizing time consumed and moving costs. Manages payments of associated services and reimbursements of related expenses. Additionally, Employee Relocation Representative may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Employee Relocation Representative works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Qualifications:- MUST have reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Pose excellent customer service at all times.
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to lift heavy items up and down stairs and ramps.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:- Full Time, Days.
- The start time is 6:45 AM.
- Monday-Saturday.
IN ADDITION TO HOURLY WAGES:- Tips.
- Overtime.
- Bonuses.
- Commission.
- Making up to $26/hr inclusive of wage
PAY BREAKDOWN:- Based on your performance, you can become a lead foreman and make commissions on moving materials sold.
- With your wages, based on 40 hours, PLUS tips, overtime, commissions, and bonuses, it is not uncommon to make an average of up to $26/ per hour.
- Paid weekly.
Primary Responsibilities:- Filling out Moving Paperwork.
- Recording Inventory/Legible Handwriting.
- File/Write out Moving Contracts.
- Packing General Household Items.
- Pack, wrap, and or move items to move the truck.
Ideal Candidate:- Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good, legible clean handwriting.
- Work cohesively with crew members.
- Reliable transportation.
