Employee Services Director directs the selection, design, and implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees and promote a healthy and productive work environment. Evaluates programs focused on work-life, child care, fitness, discounts, remote working, education, training, and others to provide options that engage employees. Being an Employee Services Director develops processes to analyze and assess program utilization, employee feedback, competitiveness, and workforce productivity to ensure that a cost-effective mix of programs is offered. Designs policies and procedures to promote efficiency and optimize administrative hours to control costs. Additionally, Employee Services Director researches and remains up to date with evolving changes in the employee experience space to identify areas to improve employee engagement and work experience. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Employee Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. - Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring the highest level of care and service for residents
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Coordinate resident care plans and ensure appropriate services are provided
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided to residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and facility operations
- Manage budgets and financial resources effectively
```Qualifications:```
- Four (4) year degree in Business Administration and/or Human Services with at least one (1) year of experience in Human Services.
A demonstrated commitment to services for people with disabilities and special needs.
Managerial experience.
Must pass criminial background check
Must have a vaild SC Driver's License with good driving record and must be bondable .
- Strong knowledge of dementia care, medication administration, and working with people with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with resident rights and regulatory requirements for assisted living facilities
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Financial acumen to effectively manage budgets and resources
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
