REQUIREMENT DETAILS

Job Title: Trust Operations /Trust Administrator
Location: Johnston, RI- ONSITE
Pay Rate: $31/hr on W2
Duration: 6-month contract with extension / conversion to Perm

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Manager’s Notes:

• Department: Fiduciary trust department (trust officers and associates in a few parts of the country)
• Why is this role open? A few people having babies for 16 weeks - this is to support trust associates and trust officers.
• What will they be doing? Filing into a certain system, mailings, bulk mailings for charitable portions, someone who is a quick learner- they use 6-8 different programs.
• MS Office Suite is important - excel (they will be doing reports, formatting), word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Some phone calls- not customer related. More like obtaining things from certain companies.
• Must have some type of admin work or HR experience or at least in an office setting, can have HS Diploma
• 1 round of interviews
• Don't need to have financial services experience.
• There is also a trust associate position open - there is a chance this role can move into that role. It would be more likely for this to happen if this person had a bachelor’s degree and financial services experience.
• Someone who is driven and willing to learn.

Description:

• Covering workload caused by LOA's of existing colleagues.
• Assist officers and trust associates in managing trust assets for beneficiaries including:
• Processing mailings of checks, letters, and other client correspondence.
• Updating and creating excel spreadsheets for the team.
• Amending and Revising word documents and client letters.
• Scanning and uploading daily work, mail, and other misc. documents to the secure file storage application.
• Running monthly reports for the team members.
• Responsible for sending account documents/files to Iron Mountain
• Original Document Box – organize and send to Vault or Iron Mt.
• Assisting teams with account maintenance including scrubbing projects.
• Various outbound calls
• Non recorded line matters
• Filling out basic information on internal forms

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
