Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant for our location in Rogers, AR. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in English and another language, to efficiently handle phone communications. This position requires strong organizational skills, solid computer proficiency, and the ability to perform general clerical tasks. Join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and provide bilingual support to callers.
- Perform general clerical work such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain and organize medical records in compliance with confidentiality policies.
- Utilize solid computer skills to handle emails, create documents, and use office software.
- Work at our camp location to support administrative tasks as needed.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language for effective phone communication.
- Experience in providing general clerical support and maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Availability to work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
