International Law firm is looking to hire a Legal Billing coordinator to join the growing team. The position is hybrid (2-3 days in office) in New Haven.

Responsibilities:
- Process and coordinate specific billing functions, process new client intake requests
- Be a liaison between attorneys, secretaries and clients
- Produce monthly invoices
- Maintain bill trackers
- Process New Business intake Requests
- Process time entries, transmit invoices with clients/partners
- Submit conflict check requests
- Assist with other administrative matters

Experience

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience, law firm or professional services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, oral and written skills
- HS Diploma required, AS or BS Degree is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
