We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Senior Director of Quality and Reliability. In this role, you will play a pivotal leadership role in championing a culture of quality excellence and driving the design and testing processes to ensure product reliability. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of at least 15 years of experience in quality and reliability leadership roles, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing quality management systems (QMS) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of quality and reliability principles, methodologies, and tools, including statistical analysis and reliability engineering techniques.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaborative efforts to achieve quality and reliability goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organization.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable improvements in product quality and reliability.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) are a plus.

Responsibilties
- Establish and champion a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Develop and implement quality and reliability strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Lead the design and development of robust quality management systems (QMS) to drive product quality and reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to integrate quality and reliability considerations into product design and development processes.
- Drive the development and execution of comprehensive reliability test plans and protocols to evaluate product performance under various conditions and stress factors.
- Oversee the implementation of advanced quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, FMEA, and statistical process control, to identify and mitigate quality and reliability risks.
- Lead root cause analysis efforts to investigate and resolve quality and reliability issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and measure quality and reliability performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment on quality and reliability objectives and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to quality and reliability, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
