Schedule - Monday to Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, weekend production possible

Job Duties:
- Receive and process customer orders for transportation services
- Coordinate with drivers and carriers to schedule pick-up and delivery times
- Monitor the progress of shipments and provide updates to customers
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards

Job Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations
- Familiarity with fleet management principles
- Experience with Oracle Transportation Management or similar software
- Understanding of shipping and receiving processes
- Proficiency in using various phone systems
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation management concepts
- Ability to plan and coordinate transportation routes efficiently

- Strong experience using Microsoft programs, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
