Position: Nevada Energy Consultant
Reports to: Sales Manager
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non Exempt Hourly
PRIMARY FUNCTION:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet with homeowners and conduct a sales presentation about the benefits of going solar
Learn and perform best sales practices
Close contracts confidently with new homes and families while gaining outside business development expertise.
Participate in on-going training to develop leadership and sales skills
Go door to door to talk to homeowners about solar
Schedule homeowners with sales appointments
Use best practices when working with internal and external individuals
Complete Kayo Sales Training

Sales experience preferred
Excellent communication skills

Availability to work and train required hours
Travel to homeowners homes for sales presentations
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted.
May require repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
May require prolonged periods of sitting, standing and/or driving throughout the workday.
Requires exercising of discretion in decision making process and maintaining of strict confidentiality with respect to applicant, employee, and company proprietary related information.
