Energy Manager monitors the organization's energy usage. Develops and implements practices and procedures designed to reduce energy consumption and/or improve efficiency of usage. Being an Energy Manager prepares annual budgets associated with conservation programs. May research alternative/renewable energy technologies and determine their feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, Energy Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Energy Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     ·        Multitasking and time-management skills
    ·        Interpersonal skills
    ·        Attention to detail.
    ·        Knowledge of latest safety laws and regulations
    ·        Detailed knowledge of plant and manufacturing operations
    ·        Good problem-solving abilities
    Work Environment:
    We are a Battery manufacturing company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee works with and near large machinery and equipment daily, the employee will be exposed to a variety of Health and Safety hazard and will be required to ALWAYS adhere to all Health and Safety rules and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
    Due to physical demands, employees might be required to lift objects from time to time and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
