Energy Manager monitors the organization's energy usage. Develops and implements practices and procedures designed to reduce energy consumption and/or improve efficiency of usage. Being an Energy Manager prepares annual budgets associated with conservation programs. May research alternative/renewable energy technologies and determine their feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, Energy Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Energy Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily spa operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Increase sales and achieve revenue targets on a daily basis
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Outreach into the community & events.
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote services and increase customer base
- Monitor financial performance, hit required sales numbers to increase base.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
_ Patience required with guests as some require special needs.
- Multitasking, checking people in and ensure proper timing of the guests appointments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in spa or hospitality management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting
