Preferred Energy Inc. is an oil and gas construction company with operations within the USA and Canada. We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Manager at our Williston, North Dakota location.

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team, managing projects, budgets, and implementing strategies to drive business growth. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, business sense, and the ability to effectively manage resources.

Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
• Responsible for ensuring costs associated with the operations are executed appropriately from a management capacity.
• Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the company's customer base.
• You will be responsible for ensuring corporate performance targets and budgeted results of the USA division are achieved.
• You will oversee the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure complete adherence.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in strategic planning and business development strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
