Being an Energy Manager prepares annual budgets associated with conservation programs. May research alternative/renewable energy technologies and determine their feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, Energy Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Energy Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects within Pipeline, Process, and Industrial Services Division. This position is responsible for planning all aspects of the job such as equipment, personnel, costs, resource allocation while adhering to HSEQ standards. The Project Manager guides and instructs field personnel by clearly communicating to the assigned job Lead or Supervisor to properly execute the job as planned. Works directly with the President, Operations Management team and Estimators in order to provide the most profitable and economical solutions to the client's needs. The Project Manager is a critical position who is highly responsible for delivering a successfully executed project and positive experience to our clients.
