We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Terra Energy. Our sales representatives will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers in their homes or neighborhoods. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a direct sales or door-to-door sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (if required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers in assigned territories. Generate leads through various means, such as cold calling, door knocking, or referrals.
• Sales Presentation: Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers and address their questions and concerns. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience.
• Sales Closing: Effectively close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Handle objections and negotiate with customers when necessary.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales leads. Submit daily/weekly reports as required.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. Be prepared to answer technical questions about our products/services.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and ethical standards. Follow all legal and ethical guidelines in sales and customer interactions.

Additional Information:

• This position may require evening or weekend work to accommodate customer availability.
• Sales Representatives earn $1,200 per sale. Commissions are paid weekly.
• Training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
