Develops, communicates, and monitors programs related to energy efficiency, sustainability, waste management, and environmental impact. Being an Energy Representative, Sr. develops and distributes educational material; evaluates and recommends alternatives to existing systems or processes. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Energy Representative, Sr. typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be an Energy Representative, Sr. typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Position Summary:
The Senior Consumer Relations Representative main function is to provide exemplary customer service to people who develop issues with the company’s products or services. In responding to complaints, Senior Consumer Relations Representative provide accurate information and timely solutions to questions, inquiries, or problems. The Senior Consumer Relations Representative researches and gathers data that will assist our business partners in finding resolution to consumer complaints, works with multiple departments depending on the complaint type and evaluates complaints to assure a proper follow through has been completed. This position requires an individual who can multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid to ask questions. It’s a demanding job where communication skills are vital in providing effective solutions to customer’s needs.
