Comprehensive Life Resources is looking for an Engagement Coordinator to join our Outpatient team in Tacoma, WA.

Function: Provide support to clinical staff by coordinating required client activities such as assessment and treatment planning to occur within required timeframes. Monitoring for client no shows and directing engagement activities with peers. needs.

Responsibilities

• Track treatment plan, DLA, and discharge due dates for assigned clinical staff and provide them with weekly list of what is needed. 
• Monitor when NOM’s measures need re-assessed and schedule peer support into sessions to complete this assessment within required timeframes
• Manage client no shows and provide enforcement of CLR no show policy this includes ensuring that we provide engagement activity and notification to clients of impending discharge as well as communicating with all team members that discharge is happening.
• Provide support to reception as needed
• Attend all required meetings and consultations
• Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• WA State credential/license.
• Strong and demonstrated organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities
• Strong computer skills- especially with excel, word, email
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality
• Social service experience preferred
