 Job Summary:

Altair is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Engineering student for a paid internship opportunity as part of our technical field team. The successful applicant will work on applying our broad portfolio of simulation technologies to provide engineering solutions for our customers. The Altair Internship Program strives to attract, evaluate, and cultivate future Altair employees. It provides a hands-on learning environment where students can build upon their technical and work-life skills, networking opportunities, and excitement around Altair’s products and services. An internship with Altair provides students with an opportunity to enhance classroom learning while contributing to the organization's goals. What You Will Do: 

• Create proof of Concept example of Structural Analysis/Optimization.
• Explore the examples of identified features of HyperWorks tools.
• Extend the examples application to complex problems.
• Support HW customers by phone calls, emails and visit.
• Documentation of various process and analysis.
• Presentation and training of HW to Altair customers.

What You Will Need:

Basics: 

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• A strong interest in Computer Aided Engineering.
