Legacy Engineering Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field to gain hands-on experience in transportation infrastructure projects and professional development in a real-world setting.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the design and analysis of transportation systems, including highways, roads, and traffic flow improvements.
• Support the development of engineering plans, reports, and specifications for various transportation projects.
• Conduct field surveys and assist with data collection for project assessments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
• Perform calculations, prepare design drawings, and assist with project documentation.
• Conduct research and analyze data to recommend improvements for transportation systems.
• Participate in team meetings and present project updates.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS / CAPABILITIES / CREDENTIALS

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Willingness to work at least 20 hours per week.
