Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pet Groomer to join our team as our Head Groomer. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animals and possess expertise in grooming various pets and be able to work independently from time to time. This position will be expected to be able to lead the growth of our team and expectations going forward, this business will be molded to the right candidate. Position is 1099 contract based, paid per task completed. Projected yearly income can be $45,000 - $55,000 depending on the effort and time you wish to put into the job. Duties
- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets
- Handle animals with care and ensure their safety and comfort during grooming sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their preferences and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor pets for health issues or abnormalities and report any concerns to the appropriate staff

- Train new hires and help maintain an effective work atmosphere

Qualifications
- Previous experience in pet grooming or related field preferred
- Knowledge of different breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques
- Ability to handle animals with patience, compassion, and confidence
- Certification from a grooming school or equivalent experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
