Education/Experience Requirements:

Required Skills

• Tech Savvy
• Ability to Navigate Social Media Platforms
• Preferred Ability to Create Flyers/Newsletters
• Associates in ECE or Business Administration Preferred
• Willingness to attain required training
• Proven experience and success as an Assistant Director or Director of a large preschool Preferred
• Hands-on teaching experience.
• Familiar with being Compliant with state licensing standards for a preschool program assistant director, including but not limited to criminal background screening and fingerprinting.
• Relevant education or combination of education and experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of state education standards, licensing requirements and procedures, fire, and health regulations.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Quality Rated Program
• Overseeing school operations including human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations.
• Develop strong relationships with our families
• Assisting with managing a budget, licensing, and accreditation
• Positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
• Highly effective organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• A deep love for children and a strong commitment to education.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred Experience with Federal Food Program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,800.00 - $26,000.00 per year
