Enrollment & Billing Representative jobs in El Paso, TX

• Experience with Eclinical Works or Greenway software or similar softwares
• Receive and process practice patient demographics and charge bills (paper or electronic)
• Utilize Client billing system, licenses, and billing and collection support services
• Review and correct or return for correction CPT and ICD-10 codes according to non-billable policies prior to data entry
• Review and correct patient demographic and insurance information prior to data entry
• Submission of billing statements
• Submission of electronic claims
• Maintain and monitor Electronic Data Interchange between clearing house and Client billing system software
• When applicable submissions of paper claims to secondary insurance plans
• Insurance follow-up on denials, down-codes and no-response claims-includes individual case research, filing appeals and re-submissions as indicated
• Post all billing submissions in client billing software
• Post all collections in the Client billing software
• Reconcile practice time of service collections and post account credits in client billing software
• Comply with HCFA (CMS) 1500 requirement of Medicare, Medicaid and other regulatory requirements and managed care plans and commercial payers
• Client billing, collection and customer service
• Accounting for and posting of all insurance, patient and time of service payments in software
• Pay is $9.00 to $15.00 based on experience

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
