Enrollment & Billing Representative is responsible for the accurate enrollment and billing process for an insurance organization. Maintains related documents, updates corresponding records and responsible for enrollment and billing query. Being an Enrollment & Billing Representative requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Enrollment & Billing Representative possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. We have an opening for a full time Billing Representative to join our practice. Responsibilities include communicating with insurance companies to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable, insurance denial management, and submitting and rebilling insurance claims.
The successful candidate will have previous related experience, knowledge of commercial and government payers, excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Prior Authorization experience preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with options for in-person or remote work .
