The Department of Social Services, Division of Medical Services is seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service and communication skills to join their provider enrollment team. This position works to enroll providers and maintain provider data which assists to ensure that access to medical services is available to the department's customers. Duties include ensuring provider eligibility through the application of administrative rules and federal regulations; reviewing and approving provider enrollment applications and record modifications; comparing and validating data; coordinating record updates; answering provider questions via phone and email; and educating providers on the online enrollment processes. This position may also assist with testing various provider enrollment systems.
