The only thing missing is you! Guides and supports the delivery of new Information Technology solutions, reconcile existing ones, and optimize the technology portfolio. Skills and knowledge must span multiple architecture domains (e.g., Business Architecture, Application/Solution Architecture, Technical/Infrastructure Architecture & Information/Data Architecture) required to ensure balanced solutions. Expected to influence the organization and work independently with senior business and Information Technology leaders while acting as a mentor and role model. Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict. Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures. Education/License/Experience Requirements: Professional certification preferred. Minimum of 12 years of experience in an enterprise IT environment. Knowledge of common technologies and Enterprise Architectures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a prominent level of personal integrity. Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams. Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management, including managed services. Experience with Cloud computing/Elastic computing across virtualized environments. Solid understanding and experience with enterprise networking, virtualization technologies, server OS, and data centers.
