RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Warwick, RI that is seeking an Enterprise MarTech Architect.

Summary:
In this role, the Enterprise Architect will be responsible for consulting with various teams to document, describe, detail, and organize Digital Product and marketing technologies to enable strategies and solutions to align with organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology trends, digital marketing strategies, and product development.

As an Enterprise Architect, you must be an effective and organized leader with outstanding technical, architectural, analytic, and problem-solving skills. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as the ability to build solid working relationships with staff, stakeholders, offshore teams, and outside vendors/agencies.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years of technical architecture experience
* Strong background in architecture with real-world experience of architecting, designing, and delivering large IT projects
* Experience working in a formal Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile project mythology
* Experience working with major application development platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Adobe, SalesForce) as well as Marketing Technology platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore and others
* Understanding of how marketing technology can help marketing and business stakeholders drive automation, personalization and better data capture
* A proven grasp of architecture development and design thinking
* Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience developing others to build architecture capability across an organization
* Good hands-on skills in key technologies, and an ability to rapidly assess new technologies
* Previous digital marketing, product, and analytics experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
