Enterprise Architecture Director directs the architectural design, development, and deployment of an organization's overall IT systems. Leads the strategy, management, and implementation of the systems architecture function. Being a Enterprise Architecture Director ensures that systems are designed to consider functional requirements, scalability, and security. Evaluates system solutions based on user needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms. Additionally, Enterprise Architecture Director identifies and researches potential technology products to enhance solution delivery. Participates in creating strategies and policies to meet overall business goals. Oversees implementation of architecture system and advises adjustments to top management. May require a master's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Enterprise Architecture Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Enterprise Architecture Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. As the Global Head of Enterprise Learning & Development, you have the opportunity to lead a team to develop, execute, and continuously evolve a comprehensive and integrated learning and development strategy that drives high performance and elevates the teammate experience.
    In this role, you will:
    • Create a clear and meaningful strategy (based on desired business & teammate outcomes) for Learning & Development across leadership, professional and upskilling opportunities. Standardize and optimize Clorox’s learning journeys across the enterprise by gathering, structuring, and rationalizing existing materials and outcomes delivered.
    • Lead a team of L&D professionals to deliver exceptional learning outcomes; continuously build the capability of the team to drive greater impact every year.
    • Conduct assessments and analyses to define business-driven gaps to performance, skill and knowledge and recommend learning solutions to drive individual and company-wide capability and performance improvement.
    • Conceptualize innovative and flexible learning solutions, including the design and delivery of in-house training sessions, enrollment in online learning programs, mentoring, self-learning, and other methods as appropriate.
    • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the comprehensive learning & development strategy and programs ensuring strategic alignment of training and development with business goals. Use data & analytics to validate/quantify meaningful outcomes.
    What we look for:
    • 10 plus years of learning and development experience in a geographically dispersed, multi-branded environment including developing, implementing, and delivering training
    • 5 plus years of people management experience
    • 2 plus years in learning and development leadership position with full ownership of learning strategy and programs for an enterprise or business unit
    • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes; demonstrated ability to interact and influence with all levels in the organization
    • An authentic, inspiring, hands-on leader who can align people, plans and processes to bring a vision to life
    • Ability to drive change and apply good judgement in times of ambiguity
    • A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value at all times
    • High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills and ability to present information in a concise and meaningful manner to managers and senior leaders.
    • Demonstrated success in implementing innovative training techniques and learning technologies, in multiple areas including managerial and leadership development areas
    • Experience in conducting organizational, program level, and individual needs analysis to identify learning and development needs; experience in running targeted development programs;
    • Deep knowledge of the training/learning related offerings available in the market, including relevant training organizations and service providers – experience managing vendor relationships
    • Exposure to authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development systems, tools and resources.
    • Desirable: Experience with Workday, LinkedIn learning & full Microsoft suite

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
    –Zone A: $167,500 - $345,100
    –Zone B: $153,600 - $316,300
    –Zone C: $139,600 - $287,600
