We are seeking a highly skilled, execution oriented and outcome driven Strategy Manager to join our team. As a Strategy Manager for Enterprise Data, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic data-related initiatives, facilitating executive decision-making, and managing organizational change within our company. This role requires exceptional strategy development, executive facilitation, communication (verbal and written) and change management capabilities. Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic objectives to maximize the value of JLL's data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure alignment and consensus on strategic initiatives. Conduct in-depth analyses and stakeholder interviews to identify trends and opportunities to leverage data for better insights and decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on potential data-related strategic opportunities, risks/threats, and challenges. Design and implement effective strategies to drive data management excellence, improve business performance, and achieve organizational goals. Monitor and measure the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to drive successful adoption and implementation of strategic initiatives. Assess and communicate the impact of changes to key stakeholders and manage resistance effectively. Develop and deliver communication programs and materials to support organizational change. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make adjustments as necessary. Executive Facilitation: Facilitate executive-level discussions and workshops to drive strategic decision-making. Develop and deliver presentations and reports that articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Provide recommendations and guidance to senior leadership based on thorough analysis and insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in change management, including managing resistance and driving adoption. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working in the commercial real estate industry is a plus. Estimated compensation for this position is: 180,000.00 – 220,000.00 USD per year The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
