Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages and coordinates the information systems that will adequately support the organization's enterprise infrastructure. Monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects to meet company and client needs. Being an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth. Implements policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization's technology infrastructure. Additionally, Enterprise Infrastructure Manager is responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. May assist in network interface planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Overview :

    This is an outside direct sales position focused on your dedicated sales territory. We'll train you to target small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, meeting directly with business owners and decision-makers.

    Your objective is to promote some of the industry’s leading supplemental insurance products and services to both the businesses and their employees.

    Expect to interact individually with business owners, benefits managers, and employees, and at times, conduct product presentations for sizable groups ranging from 50 to 100 .

    Core Responsibilities :

    Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your professional network within your territory and neighboring communities

    Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed

    Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs

    Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team

    Personally visit new businesses, develop relationships with local business owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients

    Build and nurture your own client portfolio

    Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets for yourself

    Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and working hours; submit your schedule to your sales team manager each week

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

    Pass a high-level pre-employment background check

    Active Driver's License and reliable transportation

    Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursement available)

    Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
