Press Enterprise, Inc. is the parent company of The Press Enterprise, both a commercial printer and a daily newspaper published in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Our daily newspaper serves a wide area including Columbia County, Montour County, and Luzerne County. This includes the municipalities of Bloomsburg, Danville, Berwick, Benton, Millville, Catawissa, and Elysburg.

Our Commercial Printing Division provides SNAP certified Cold Web and Heat Set offset printing services. We print millions of retail inserts, advertising supplements, weekly/monthly newspaper format products and many other printed publications every week.

District Manager of Sales & Circulation

District Managers oversee the delivery of the daily newspaper. A key responsibility for District Managers is to facilitate growth and retention of our subscriber base both in print and online. 

This position would represent our ‘West’ district, overseeing 16 independent contractors and 41 delivery routes within the areas of:

Bloomsburg/Catawissa/Danville/Riverside/Millville/Jerseytown. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to meet and exceed monthly goals and grow reader engagement.
• Develop and demonstrate familiarity within assigned territory.
• Project a professional, positive and enthusiastic image during the performance of duties.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience: 5-7 years supervisory experience.

Required Education: High School Diploma

Preferred Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Customer service skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Strong Interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently.
• Technology driven.
• Valid, clean Pennsylvania driver's license.
